With over 6 years of experience in marketing, Kamily Sirqueira studied Marketing Communication and later completed additional studies in Digital Marketing. But her journey in the industry started long before that. Kamily has had an entrepreneurial spirit since she was young, launching her first business at 15 and running two businesses by the age of 17.
She also worked at two marketing agencies, where she gained hands-on experience in branding, digital campaigns and client strategy. After moving to Australia, Kamily continued building her career while studying and working with freelance clients in Sydney, developing a strong understanding of what works in the Australian market, especially for hospitality businesses.
As her client base quickly grew and her schedule became fully booked, Kamily realized it was time to build something bigger. That’s when Strive was created. Since then, the agency has grown rapidly, becoming a Local Business Awards winner and continuing to expand by helping hospitality brands grow their visibility, customers and revenue, now operating from our office in Circular Quay, Sydney.
